• To organize and operate the event (e.g. check‑in, session tracking, logistics).
• To process payments, confirmations, refunds.

If you do not wish to be included, please inform our staff at check‑in or via visible signage. We will make reasonable efforts to avoid including you.
Refund policy
for handmade items: no refunds once the item is started. no returns or exchanges* since each item is handmade and require large amounts of time and resources (unless a defect is evident). please select your size carefully. email support for last minute size changes. all other items can be refunded before it is shipped** (once tracking is sent, item cannot be refunded). By participating in a Cache Studios “Cache Drop,” you acknowledge and agree that you do so at your own risk. Cache Studios and its affiliates are not responsible for any injury, accident, loss, or damage that may occur while searching for or retrieving any cache or item.
Please use common sense and caution — be aware of your surroundings, obey all laws, and prioritize your safety and the safety of others at all times.
All drops are first come, first served, and items are available while supplies last. Have fun, stay safe, and play responsibly.
